At this Expo, Zhejiang focuses on the four key links and key tasks of investment promotion, procurement transactions, investment cooperation and people-to-people exchanges, looking for new opportunities for cooperation, continuously expanding the international "circle of friends", strengthening the "business circle" of cooperation, and contributing "Zhejiang strength" to promoting high-level opening up.

During the Expo, Zhejiang signed a total of 64 foreign-funded projects inside and outside the venue, with a total investment of 10.1 billion US dollars.It is worth mentioning that the 5th CIIE newly set up a comprehensive exhibition area of "China in the Past Decade - Achievements in Opening to the Outside World", which fully demonstrates the brilliant achievements of China's opening up in the new era through three parts: the achievement zone, the province, autonomous region and the exhibitor and investor zone.

Designed with the theme of "Spirit Zhejiang", the Zhejiang Exhibition Area for People-to-People Exchange brings together 50 intangible cultural heritage enterprises, including 4 world-class intangible cultural heritages, 19 national intangible cultural heritage and 11 time-honored Chinese enterprises to display and perform live, presenting Zhejiang's cultural characteristics from multiple angles and promoting the sharing of Zhejiang's cultural world.
