Container trucks loaded with cross-border e-commerce goods from all over the world are driven out of the park and sent to all parts of the country after passing customs supervision. At the first peak of Double 11 (8 am on October 31 to 8 am on November 1), Hangzhou Customs inspected and released a total of 640 million yuan worth of cross-border imported goods.

In response to the surge in cross-border commodity supervision during Double 11, Hangzhou Customs made careful arrangements, connected with e-commerce platforms in advance, mastered the promotion arrangements of enterprises, conducted thorough statistics on the stock volume of enterprises, and guided enterprises to do a good job in promotion filing management; Establish a multi-department joint working group to study and judge the peak band of supervision and formulate a guarantee work plan, establish a flat and rapid communication mechanism, respond 24 hours a day, improve emergency response operation guidelines, and improve the efficiency of business and technical emergency response; Set up a special area for the storage of cross-border e-commerce goods, open a special warehouse entry channel for cross-border e-commerce goods, realize the exclusive use of the special area through "classified entry and exit checkpoints" and "zonal supervision and customs clearance", transfer backbone personnel to set up a commando team of party members, support the front-line supervision site, and scientifically configure on-site posts such as cargo inspection, bayonet inspection and release, video surveillance, and warehouse inspection to ensure 24-hour uninterrupted customs clearance.
