Since the beginning of this year, the Changsha Fire and Rescue Detachment has set up a two-level chemical fire fighting and rescue professional team in the "1+N" model, actively carried out familiar research on chemical enterprises in the form of "master with apprentice", compiled a fire fighting and rescue preparation manual, and vigorously improved the professional training level of each chemical team with the idea of "training skills separately and practicing synthesis in a concentrated manner"; In the mode of "heavy + light", set up a two-level high-rise building fire fighting and rescue professional team of branch and brigade, actively carry out investigation and testing of fire protection facilities of high-rise buildings and large commercial complexes in the form of "theory + practical training", and vigorously improve the professional combat ability of each high-rise building team; In the mode of "water station + central station", a professional water rescue team of the detachment was set up, and the professional combat ability of the water rescue team was vigorously improved in the form of "base retraining + going out to fight floods".
