A fire in a residential building in Yaumatei, Hong Kong, killed 7 people Sunday night.The fire department said Tuesday that the unit involved had only one door and many people could not escape and were trapped. A special team will be set up to investigate the incident.Police also said the blaze broke out in a restaurant where people were celebrating and something caught fire.

In the early morning of November 16, Hong Kong police and fire brigade deal with the scene of the tong Lau fire in Yaumatei.At least 7 people, all of south Asian descent, were killed and 11 injured in a fire that broke out in a flat at 560 Canton Road, Yaumatei, Hong Kong On Saturday night.The fire started at a Nepalese restaurant during a birthday party and was suspected to have started when candles were lit on a soundproof panel.
