"There are two main locations that are in danger."Yang Zhengqiang, deputy director of the Yixing City Water Resources Bureau, said that part of the retaining wall in the upstream side of Henggudu section in Yangxi Village, Zhou Tiezhen, has been hollowed-out, with cracks appearing on the wave wall and the top of the embankment, about 100 meters in length and two holes.Part of the retaining wall and slope protection panel on the south side of The Shidu Port section slid to the lake, and there were cracks in the wall and slope protection panel partially, with a length of about 300 meters.

Local water construction workers and fire and armed police personnel are working urgently to repair the embankments partially hollowed out by the floods.The rescue teams have filled more than 40,000 sand bags, reinforced more than 100 meters of DAMS and patrolled more than 20 kilometers of DAMS, according to a chief of a fire and rescue department.A detachment of the 2nd Mobile Armed Police Corps dispatched 150 officers and men and several mechanical equipment to participate in the rescue, dumping and filling more than 5,500 gravel bags.At present, the emergency treatment has been completed in Henggandu Section, and the dangerous situation in Shidu Port section has been completed, with the foundation of wooden piles fixed and cracks filled with concrete.
